Update On The Daebak Company’s Shipping

We want to apologize for the shipping delays experienced by our customers over the past few months and any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand that timely delivery is critical as our customers rely on receiving their packages on time, and we need to catch up to this expectation. Due to changes in the agreement between The Daebak Company and our shipping providers, some customers have experienced an unusually long delay with their orders from the Daebak Shop. 


We want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously, and our team is doing everything possible to resolve each customer’s issue as quickly as possible. We are actively communicating with existing and potential shipping partners to find solutions to accelerate the delivery process of all outstanding orders. 


The Daebak team is actively working to improve our operations. The small team in Korea is not able to keep up with the number of orders. We recognize this issue, and to resolve it, we have taken action to grow our Logistics and Customer Service teams to improve your experience with The Daebak Company.

Daebak Boxes for Spring 2023 has been shipped!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you today! We have already begun to ship the Spring 2023 Daebak Boxes for US subscribers – ahead of schedule! 


Last week, our small team in Korea, including our CEO Howard Cho, joined efforts to pack and process more than 1.2K Spring Daebak Boxes. Most boxes were shipped out last Friday, and subscribers can expect to receive their Spring Daebak Box tracking numbers soon.


As a token of appreciation for your constant support, we have included a random K-Pop album in each Spring Box.
