Refund Policy

Refund Options Available

1. Refund as Shop credit: No processing fee.

2. Refund to original payment method: $5.99 per order. (Due to Shopify transaction fee) Please note that we don't charge for cases such as missing, damaged, out-of-stock and defective item.

3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. E-gift cards, Idol Chasims or any online currency our shop offers are non-refundable but can be converted to shop credits.

4. Important Note: For lost packages, claim is only available for 1 month after the package has been shipped. After the tracking number has expired, we can no longer compensate for any lost packages.

Non-Refundables

1. Daebak Box (Premium, Discovery and Grandfathered Plans): Please note that subscription products are final and non-refundable. Kindly refer to our Terms and Service Page for more information about Subscription products.

2. Online Currency (E-Gift Card, IDOL Chamsim, etc): All online currency purchases are final and non-refundable. These are fulfilled automatically and no reversals can be made after which it has been confirmed.

3. On-site Tour Packages: All tour packages are subjected to non-refundable policy for buyer's remorse and no-show. However, for tours that does not proceed, it is subjected for review.
